One is an Algerian man who got France the World Cup in 1998 because of his athletic ability. The other is an Algerian woman who’s defeating her opponent with her athletic ability, but taking the hit for western males entering women’s sports. I stand by Imane Khelif until westerners prove to me she’s a man. This is an attack against MENA women, and an insult. She’s participating in a sport, may the strongest one win, she’s not in a beauty pageant, if western women can’t win over her that’s because she’s stronger I don’t see you asking western men to tone it down or disqualify from the World Cup to give Asian men the chance to win. So if you don’t have actual evidence that Imane is a cheating man, then you are purely hating on MENA women for not looking feminine enough for your taste, and that’s pure hate towards women in general. I’ve seen claims that she had a DNA test shows she got XY, if true then she could be intersex and didn’t even know prior, I couldn’t even find actual evidence of that, others are claiming she hid her DNA test results. She got disqualified from Tokyo Olympics over having high level of testosterone, a lot of MENA women do (including myself) she was advised to lower it down medically, which doctors don’t recommend, for all I know she may have done that already to qualify this year. She is a woman, she could be intersex if the claim about her DNA are true, but to claim that she’s a man you need to show me your evidence, if you have non then stop hating on her! She even mentioned growing up in a traditional home where her father didn’t allow her to participate in boxing because she’s a girl, and that’s a male’s sport, something I as a gender non conforming tomboy relate to. She’s Algerian, what made you think she’s trans? 🙃 Most Algerians are Muslims Over 99% of Algeria’s population are Muslim Sunni, so much higher than the percentage of them in Saudi Arabia itself, the rest are other muslim sects and non Muslims. We have a saying in Arabic to not import western issues to our Arab world, this is a western issue still, an Arab woman shouldn’t pay the price of your hate towards western males who enter women’s sports. Prove to me she’s a man! Or stop attacking her!
