Butchers father has cancer and doesn't have much time so what good would it do for Butcher to go all the way to the UK to finish a dying man? But instead did he Heal him? In S4 we see Butcher almost die because of the tumor but his power took over and ended up healing him making him look 10x younger and stronger, so that makes the question did Butcher heal him instead?
