@airtelindia superb customer support, Airtel virtual help points to call customer care, on calling IVR tells to select 1 in case of issues and does not accept any input. I believe April fool day is over or #airtel is celebrating for the whole month.

@amazonIN Not sure if amazon is it just to non prime members Amazon is negligent about. But I had ordered a product on 10th Aug and cancelled the full order on 12th Aug as per your customer care executives. 48 days done still I havent been refunded. See what your site shows.
