@sadfcdfans I think with all of the GAM they have he isn’t keeping them from doing anything. So they can ride out the first half, if he doesn’t come through they can put him on the injured list or buy out his contract in the summer window when most of the difference makers will be avail

It kinda just is what it is at this point, I guess. Last guaranteed year of his contract (I think) so they’re gonna ride it out for one more year and take whatever they can get out of him this season. Fine. But I swear if I hear a word about cap issues I will lose my mind 😂

0 Paxton minutes through 3 preseason games is extremely worrying/frustrating/maddening/pick your word for it. It’s one of those things I feel bad even complaining about because I love the dude and feel so bad for him, but I think the FO is scared to make the big decision.

The level of dishonesty in this world is out of control. I hired a firm for a specific task, which is to hire a Senior Staff Accountant that has a 30 minute commute or less to our office in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This is in office until trial period is done and then hybird. We agreed on terms. Then they sent me a contract with DIFFERENT terms and less in our favor of course. I point this out to them and they say they made a mistake... The reality is this: Different Employment agencies charge different fees. They are negotiable with most of them. It could be that you get what you pay for, I have not dealt with many employment agencies... I hate dishonesty...

@tax_zack Consider the culture you might create. If a preparer catches an error on the 2023 return while preparing 2024, you don’t want to disincentivize them from reporting. I would just create a quality and integrity evaluation criteria as part of your bonus structure.

Alot of people seem to think I wont attract talent if i have a system to hold people accountable for making financially costly mistakes. My response: I can hire the people who like accountability, you hire the ones that dont. I can't believe how controversial this is!

Why am I expected to tip a barista at Starbucks for simply handing me a coffee? I don’t understand why I’m asked to tip for something that’s already part of the job. It’s not table service, it’s counter service. Why has this become the norm?

@DennisJJackson @FCDallas @adidas @MLS @atleticodallas Thr last time we went to as visiting fans to their stadium, they gave rotted fruit cups to my wife and 2 young children and also refused to give my wife lids for their fountain drinks because it was "policy to not give lids to visiting fans". So it seems to track for them.

Bad look for @FCDallas Seriously how many people are like “i want to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars with this club and attend every watch” and you go out of your way to reduce that number over the cost of a single @adidas @mls jersey. Maybe @atleticodallas can help 🤷🏻‍♂️
