Really rough morning on @Delta. Original flight was delayed 3 hours so switched to earlier flight—now also delayed. New flight also has no catering! Thought @Delta was supposed to be on time and with great service. Not this morning!

@VerizonSupport continues to be awful. Owed a significant rebate which we have been promised 4 times and never received. AGAIN on hold for support even though I expect more unfulfilled promises. Does anyone know how to dispute a direct debit?
