Trump betrayed a decent, honorable man who had a 99.2 percent record of supporting him in the U.S. Senate. He destroyed the career of U.S. Senator Cornyn to elevate a dishonest, impeached and corrupt crook named Ken Paxton. (Google him. This guy is terrible.) When the President of the United States happily backs a bad man and throws a good man overboard, it sends a horrible message to the next generation. This president continues to do moral and ethical damage to the nation that will be hard to undo. Not surprised. But still disappointed in where GOP voters are.

Watched Last Jedi. First time since it came out. C- Some great action but Rey sucks. Smug Rose Tico is dreadful. The social commentary is about as subtle as a turd on a birthday cake. How do you drop bombs in space? The betrayal of everything Luke Skywalker stood for… outrageous. And the powers of The Force are getting ridiculous and awfully convenient when the plot needs them. Why did Luke die? Made no sense. Laura Dern’s uptight character should’ve been named Reeli NeedsSex. Hated that subplot. How dumb. All she had to do was explain the plan. And Carrie Fischer is hardly there even when she’s there. Hard to believe they found cocaine in her system. She’s hardly awake. But it’s not much of a part, tbh. Should I give Rise of Skywalker another try?

Thomas Massie claims he will publicly read the names of Jeffrey Epstein’s clients before his time in Congress ends. My question is: If this is truly about justice for the victims, why the hell is he waiting another 7 months? Why not release the names right now like a man with actual balls?
