I really wanted scallops for supper but couldn’t get any 😔 so I got cod instead and made this. Inhaled as had forgotten about lunch somehow, and was starving. Delicious but still must have scallops soonest.

@Scousebird Last ncp I used was £5.50 for up to five hours or £11 for 12 hours. No option for individual hours. Serves them right
