Reminder that more Europeans die from heat-related causes in an average year than Americans die from gun-related causes.

When I was an 8 y/o girlscout a police was lecturing us on alcohol use and alcoholism. He said ”Alcoholism is when someone drinks regularly” I said ”My parents like a glass of wine every Friday, are they alcoholics?” He looked me square in the eye and said ”Yes.”

Här kommer en kurs i telefonsupport: 1. Kundtjänst svarar med ”hej välkommen till xx du pratar med xx” 2. Personen som ringer säger då ”hej! jag heter xx” 3. Kundtjänst bekräftar då och säger ja men hejsan! Känns som härskarteknik att vara knäääpptyst efter steg 2
