@ItsJamesPowers @currys I left @currys because the pressure selling. The bollocking you get for not selling the extra warranty even though the product has one. Horrid company. Fuck all commission. 0.002% per sale. Rotten to the core.

Well that is the last time I will be shopping at @currys bought a laptop from them a couple of years ago (bought countless things since) I have a fault with my laptop. I’m told by the customer service team that they can’t find no record of the sale. However. They have been taking £8.00 a month out of my account for the service agreement since I bought it. Apparently there is nothing they can do. Oh and I won’t be getting my money back. Absolute disgrace!! Livid isn’t the word right now. Trading standards Tuesday morning me thinks.
