@options_insight @davidbrickell80 Last week alone we saw record in terms of institutional flows going through some brokers incl paradigm. I guess the question is where would crypto be without operation chokepoint2.0? This is the start. Unfortunately for the USA, they may miss this first leg up.

Nice thread. My question though is, how much of the latest crypto rally is driven by speculation on FED pivot vs how much real money has left the banking system and feels safer to park assets in crypto after what we saw last year. Also, the blowup of crypto banks doesn't inspire confidence, so feels a little frothy to me in the near term. I agree with the long term debasement hedge thesis, I just think not enough people really have the confidence to dive fully into crypto with other peoples money yet. Thoughts? @genesisvol

@CryptoDeFiGuy @GSR_io Feb was a mine field. 1st the FOMC and Powell's change in tone "disinflation has began!". So far so good, PBoC and BOJ injecting excess liquidity, US QT offset by RRR + TGA - so hey risky assets poised for "a" move. Then Data telling us "not so FAST". Lets not mention SEC!

+/- 1% after the +40% move in January definitely felt a lot slower. Although there were certainly directional trades to put on intra-month, directional plays at the start of February certainly bled a bit.
