@thecourieruk Humza himself proudly proclaims he is a son of Pakistan and that it is his aim and duty to promote the Ummah and install Muslims into positions of power. The "moron" claim may be subjective but the rest is demonstrably true.

Really quite upset today at processing what happened in the Southside in relation to some of these gangs, and in thinking about the mass betrayal of the public, when Operation Gadher into them was shut down. It’s beyond upsetting to think about what some of the victims went through and what some are currently going through. What’s more upsetting is watching a different world take place in the middle and upper classes, so detached as they are from what the reality of life is like and has been like for many people in the poorer parts of the city. It’s truly destroying.

I am really mentally struggling with the fact our elected Labour government managed to legalise killing babies up into the moment they are born. It was in no way even mentioned in their manifesto. I am a father with young children. I can’t lie it’s really upsetting to me.

They were laughing and spitting on her as she was begging them to stop. The desire not just to violate, but to dehumanise and humiliate this woman speaks volumes about the capacity of these monsters! mol.im/a/15658485

@Seanasauruss I'm sorry you had to endure that but this was a poorly conceived and badly written bill. This is a rare victory for common sense.

Police shut down whole investigations into the gangs in the Southside, not because it was the right thing to do, but because it wasn’t ‘politically correct’ to continue investigations. That was in 2004. In October 2025 they’ve stated that they don’t have any group based child sexual exploitation gangs as per the Casey profile, which relates to this same gang network, which they dropped investigations into 20 years ago. There will be very few people in England who likely know the profile of what’s happening in Glasgow or what has happened here. I therefore think yes, that the BBC shutting this case down, and selectively covering it, for which one individual has also apologised for, similar to their behaviour with Trump, is important. If they had covered this story in an impartial manner, then perhaps Police Scotland would have been pressured to keep investigations open. Perhaps the middle class who deny that these crimes and gangs exist would know explicitly that they do, and what they do. Perhaps many things would all be different now. You have to remember a family’s grief, and then you have to remember all of the victims who have gone after. If there is any doubt about the victims who’ve gone after, this is the reason why Scotland currently has a ‘Grooming Gangs’ Inquiry headed by Alexis Jay.

So John Swinney was involved in the silencing of this as well? Absolute disgrace. For Political reasons. Humza Yousaf’s constituency no less. This problem has not got better under Police Scotland or the SNP. It has got - infinitely - worse. Why do they not want to do a Grooming Gangs Inquiry when they are this close to the issue, and seem to have been for years, and years?! The death of Kris Donald and the dropping of Asian gang investigations in the surrounding area, for political reasons. scotsman.com/news/murder-hu…

Islam is the greatest threat to this country. That’s my focus. One way to tackle it is to form community and real world connections. Reclaiming our heritage and places. Come to Marble Arch 1pm Sunday 29th March. We will be singing school hymns from the Come and Praise book! Words will be on the let women speak website and I’ll have the music! Hope won’t win this war, only actions count.

I’m not religious but I have friends, colleagues and neighbours of all faiths and none. To call a public display of Muslim prayer an act of ‘domination and division’ is dog whistle politics. Pure and simple. independent.co.uk/bulletin/news/…

Last year I contacted my local MP John Grady about Grooming Gangs and the lack of safety for women and children in the Bridgeton Cross area of Glasgow. We host the highest number of supported asylum seekers in any single local authority in the UK. We host 60-70% of asylum seekers in Scotland, and my area which is one of the most deprived areas in Scotland and Europe, is a central dispersal point. Every evening gangs of men walk up and down our roads. There is visible drug dealing and human trafficking. We’ve had incidents related to men at play parks. We’ve had 11 local Armed response call-outs in 2025, a further 10 centrally, and we also host the SNP drug consumption room, which of course attracts the criminal gangs associated with the large groups of male asylum seekers. Only one, of our local housing associations has a contract with MEARS for ~£15,000,000 spanning the last 5 years. We have a preponderance of Vape shops and Barbers, often not registered, and the area has become unrecognisable. Many people outside my area or from the middle and upper class will say that this is not the case. I will say to them to spend a night or a week in Bridgeton and to observe what’s happening, look at the local crime statistics, speak to the local Coppers and then come back to me. John Grady my local MP has ignored my concerns for my own safety and for that of other women and children in my area. For that reason he will find himself out of a job come the next election. Glasgow East now has a Restore Britain branch, which will be operating a professional outfit, and which wants to involve all people in the local community, using the existing community structures. People who are negative are not welcome. We are out to improve our area, our safety, and to hopefully extend that to the whole of Glasgow East. By everyone I mean that we will be engaging on all levels with all people in our community: Nursery teachers, hairdressers, Mums, daughters, Dads, young men, Fire Brigade, Police, small business owners, mechanics, electricians, and many others not defined in those categories. We would like to hear from everyone. Emails will be sent out soon to those who have already expressed an interest, and I would like to remind the Scottish Government that in Scotland at the moment at least, we are still protected in terms of having a Political opinion and freedom to voice that. Glasgow East End will hopefully start to have a voice, and that will hopefully be heard nationally with @RestoreBritain_ .
