-Anthony Bradford had to stop practicing after hurting his knee. He stayed on the field, got an ice wrap that he eventually ditched and was walking around fine, but he didn’t go back in. Christian Haynes replaced him at RG.

One thing that was noticeable - at least to me - today, was Rashid Shaheed looks like he's added a bit more muscle to his frame. Had a very good practice today as he begins new #Seahawks contract.

So the Rams, by their willingness to include Verse, were able to get this deal done with only a 2027 first, a 2nd in 2028 and a 2029 3rd? That's how much the Browns valued Verse. Rappaport was saying they've loved him since his draft year, and he's from the area. So my take is it was never going to cost 3 firsts as many had speculated - but anything less than Verse would have required a second 1.

Things we don't know now that we WILL know by the time Seattle and LA finally play each other: 1) Will Stafford stay healthy for a second consecutive year? 2) How good is Brian Fluery as an OC? 3) How good will the Seahawks offensive line be with a 2nd year playing together under John Benton, and with a possible upgrade at RG? 4) How good will the Jadarian Price-led run game be then (quite possibly including Charbonnet as well) 5) How much will the rookie secondary additions make an impact? 6) What will Mike Macdonald have this defense looking like in year 3, with 7 players returning who played over 400 snaps in 2025. And most importantly..... 7) What will Seattle do at the trade deadline?

@Seahawksghost They like their guys, but they've been working on one more big pass rush move for quite awhile. There are still a bunch of potential options, although it's possible now it'll be a trade deadline situation rather than this summer.

Well, I'll definitely have thoughts on this - was finalizing posting the details of a livestream tonight when this broke. Was going to talk about OTHER pass rush options still on the table for Seattle, and that'll still be the focus - but obviously I have some thoughts on what this means for the Rams and Seahawks (as well as the rest of the league).
