I think a lot of people don’t realize how much Indiana is losing. Cig is great. But he was able to bring over his guys from jMU he knew could play. And they built via the portal for 2 years. Those guys are mostly all gone. They aren’t really recruiting at all high level. I don’t think people realize how talented they were.

Ohio State beat them last year and lost by 3 this year. It will definitely be more competitive but that’s going a little too far saying that Ohio State won’t be able to beat them. You don’t get a difference maker like Mendoza every year

What is the media smoking with Indiana's ranking? I have the utmost respect for Cignetti, but even Saban struggled with rebuilds like this: - QB and both RBs - 4/5 top WR - 2 top TEs - 4/5 OL - 5/7 top DL - top LB - 3 top S - top CB This is another 2-3 year rebuild cycle.

@Sean_M_Potts @JBook_37 the problem is, There's not magically more starter positions across the sport. The same amount of guys are going to start. They are going to learn this the hard way. Kinda like Devin Brown went to start at cal and barely saw the field.

Some of these transfers don't make sense. With the lack of depth they are going to play. All of these kids are not instant starters. People are getting bad advice.

I feel like Miami is actually trying to stay too balanced! Alot of 2nd down passes but I dont think they need too. Miami's run game is clearly an issue for Ole Miss D.

Miami found their formula, which is basically 2023 Michigan. What is impressive with Miami is they have no negative, 0 or 1 yard run plays. They seem to always get 3+. Has to be incredibly frustrating to play against as they just grind out 3 play first downs over and over and hold the ball.

Georgia’s Frazier got 5.7 yards/carry vs Ole Miss, with a big carry to inflate numbers, but only got 15 carries. Fletcher “only” at 4.8 yards/carry but Miami showing how impactful that is if you stick with it at 10 carries already.

@MrOhio Miami has turned into 2023 Michigan. Incredibly frustrating to play against. They grind out 1st downs, hold the ball forever and play great D. Elite on both LOS lets them do it.

That 3rd down call for Ole Miss was horrendous. Did you not watch the Ohio State game? Get the ball out of the QBs hands and you will move it just fine against this Miami defense.

As I’ve said before, therapy could only be even potentially useful for a man if the therapist is a man older than him. But there are almost no straight male therapists over the age of 50 in the industry. It’s all women in their 30s and 40s with degrees in social work and dysfunctional personal lives. A grown man would be better off seeking life advice from any random dude at the hardware store.

As a general rule, grown men should not go to therapy. Most therapists are liberal women who couldn’t possibly have any useful advice to give them. Most people who go to therapy are also women. That’s because sitting around and talking about your feelings is inherently feminine. Men don’t solve their problems that way.

@AriWasserman It’s the worst take. It happens sort of in all sports but it feels like everything is over analyzed and end result rules all. Sometimes 2 good teams play and 1 of them wins. It doesn’t mean 1 team was incredible and the other was just awful and has a million problems.

I love college football because every time a good team loses to another good team, the loser and its conference are fraudulent. Everyone eventually becomes fraudulent until one team isn't at the end.
