Impressed by the coordinated Ebola response plan.If communication gaps persist,share the plan for alignment. My concern remains on how schools reopening will manage learners entering through our porous borders. Clear protocols are needed to close this gap.

There’s no need for the “outside enemy” narrative. State the facts, we all move on. Uganda has no registered cases of Ebola. Two imported cases have been resolved. We have the world’s best healthcare experts in Ebola Response. We are in safe hands!

The theft occurred during the night of 3rd May 2026, when six laptop computers were stolen from the Bank of Uganda offices along Kampala Road in Kampala. Following the earlier arrest of two suspects and the recovery of two of the stolen laptops, police conducted rigorous investigations which led to the arrest of two additional suspects, bringing the total number of suspects in custody to four. The additional arrests also led to the recovery of four more laptop computers. All six stolen laptops have now been recovered and are being held as exhibits. The suspects have been identified as Kule Boaz Micheal, Kabuya Ramathan alias Rama, Lubangakene Isaac Izoo, and Oedo Jorem Jude The suspects are expected to be arraigned before the Buganda Road Chief Magistrate’s Court today, 20th May 2026, upon completion of the necessary processes. They will face charges of office breaking, theft, receiving stolen property, and retaining stolen property.

The reclaimed space looks spacious !. Are there plans for a bus or train stage to serve the community and students ?. It would improve public transport access and help decongest the road by reducing the number of single-occupancy vehicles.

My youngest son, Devon, who's been in the hospital with an infection & obstructed PEG tube since yesterday. He's 33, but severely disabled. He's doing better and might be able to go back to the group home Monday or Tuesday if everything goes well. ✌️❤️
