This morning we found out the PLL was named in @SBJ’s 2025 Best Places to Work in Sports, three years in a row! Over 200 companies were nominated and to qualify to win, 85% of employees had to complete a confidential survey about culture, leadership, and day-to-day experience. These awards don’t happen by luck. Every person who joins our business leaves a lasting imprint as we believe culture is not fixed, it’s something shape together. Paul and I are really proud of this recognition. But mostly we’re proud of the people in the foxhole building it with us every day: our teammates, fans, players, and partners-- you’re the reason this place is what it is. Lastly, here's a quote from an anonymous PLL Teammate that hit home for me: "I have been with the company for over three years now, and I can truly say I’ve never felt more accepted and appreciated than I do at the PLL.
