Thread on Minorities Right 🧵 As a neutral observer I believe Pakistan’s stance toward India regarding the unequal treatment of minorities is justified. I will share a recent video thread highlighting India’s treatment of minorities to support this view.

In my opinion 🚨🚨🚨 Trump’s recent call for Muslim countries to join the Abraham Accords feels less like independent diplomacy and more like political reassurance aimed at Israel at a time when Tel Aviv is facing growing diplomatic discomfort. What makes it interesting is that Trump himself quietly added a disclaimer, admitting that one or two countries still won’t recognize the accords. That’s not a confident policy statement that’s a veteran politician trying to keep every side satisfied at once. In simple terms: praise the deal for one audience, soften expectations for the other, and walk away hoping both clap. Classic political balancing act disguised as diplomacy. And perhaps the most interesting part: among Muslim countries, Pakistan remains one of the very few whose passport still explicitly states it is valid for every country in the world except Israel. That alone says a lot about Pakistan’s long standing state position and public sentiment.

Indian media outlets are reportedly circulating a video from an aircraft crash near in April 2024 and falsely portraying it as footage of a Pakistani crash. In reality, Pakistan’s incident today involved a trainer aircraft crash. The viral video being linked to the JF-17 Thunder was actually footage of a U.S. Air Force crash near Holloman Air Force Base. According to reports, and Holloman Air Force Base had already clarified details about the incident on their official Facebook page earlier, yet sections of the Indian media continue to misrepresent the footage as being related to Pakistan. Critics say this reflects a pattern in parts of the Indian media where unverified or misleading content about Pakistan is circulated without proper fact-checking.

The ICJ has supported Pakistan’s stance on the Indus Waters Treaty, reaffirming the need to uphold international agreements and protect lower riparian rights. The development strengthens Pakistan’s legal and diplomatic position on regional water security. #IndusWater
