He also spent another 2 years at two English clubs.
Remember he is not French, he also comes from a country that has English as the first language, so he isn’t starting from zero.

This right here is gold. Do not bring children into this world if you can’t comfortably cater for them. I hated poverty, hated the fact that I couldn’t afford what my mates could. For example, In my last year at university my roommate was collecting 15k from his parents, my best friend was collecting 16k and I was collecting 4k per month. That was what my parents could give me, they were civil servants, they tried their best, but they can’t just do more. I made up my mind never to have kids I can’t give the best. Im in my late 30s and only have one child , which I think I can comfortably take care of. And I know that if my purse doesn’t get better I won’t have other kids till I die.
