$IBRX For those that don't have a Bloomberg subscription, here (archive.is/0fJHq)is a free link to the Bloomberg article from Dec 3rd 2025 that discusses Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson's relationship with PSS and the reason he wanted to attend the FDA meeting on Anktiva. If the Fox news report is true, that Johnson was instrumental in getting Makary terminated, then this news is HUGE and very beneficial to $IBRX. Johnson and PSS are very close and have met numerous times to discuss this situation. Both President Trump and Senator Johnson are Champions of the "Right to Try" movement (ronjohnson.senate.gov/right-to-try). The FDA stonewalling IBRX and others should be a thing of the past, now that both Makary and Prasad are out!

So devastating. Prayers for his family's comfort. People need the opportunity to throw the kitchen sink at these terminal diseases, no red tape, no failing standard protocols, so they can try. My husband is living proof that quality of life, a chance at life, and hope are possible. Release #ANKTIVA and NK cell therapy to all cancer patients. This man and family deserved more time. 💔 I’m heartbroken to learn the passing of an amazing, kind & inspirational human, Jason Collins, whose life was taken by a devastating glioblastoma brain tumor. I met Jason when he & his twin brother (“Twin Towers”) were being recruited to play for Stanford, my Alma mater. As an alum, I would see Jason at local events. Despite being an NBA star, he was the nicest person in the room — eager to listen more than talk. A true gentleman giant with a warm heart. Jason will be missed greatly. I dedicated my PhD to studying this same brain tumor and I’m praying we see effective treatments for this horrible cancer. Rest in peace Jason. May your memory be a blessing.

Kash Patel is a joke. You confront him about reports of his alcoholism, he responds by attacking members of Congress. You confront him about targeting journalists, he responds with a list of what the FBI accomplished. And Republicans are happy to watch the hollowing out of this VITAL law enforcement institution by a drunk. The FBI should be a nonpartisan agency. NOT whatever it is under Patel. Absolute buffoonery.

In a heated exchange during a Senate hearing on Tuesday, FBI Director Kash Patel denied allegations of frequent drinking when asked by Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) about a recent report by The Atlantic magazine which included allegations that Patel often drinks to excess. "It's a total farce," the FBI director said. Patel filed a defamation lawsuit against The Atlantic, saying the report included "false and obviously fabricated" claims. Sen. Van Hollen met with and helped to return Kilmar Abrego Garcia to the U.S. from El Salvador after he was deported last year. Claims made by Patel possibly referring to Garcia as a "gang banger rapist" are factually incorrect. Garcia faces human smuggling charges in Tennessee, and had a restraining order filed against him by his wife.

So LA unions think fiscal sanity and public safety are disqualifying positions? They really hate Spencer because he wants to expose how taxpayers in LA have been ripped off and wants more police officers? Spencer isn’t a politician - he’s a dad and husband who lost everything and is trying to make life better for his neighbors and city. He’s been fighting for his community and inspired the launch of the congressional investigation I’m leading with @SenRonJohnson after he came to DC last year fighting for answers and transparency when he couldn’t get it from California’s so-called state and local “leaders.” It only took Bass a year and half to show up in Washington a few weeks ago to try to help her city.

After CBS embarrassed Karen Bass by fact-checking her debate lies about the Palisades Fire, they clearly got the call. CBS filmed with me on my burned out lot for over an hour, and they turned it over to Karen Bass’ PR team to edit it into a comical 5 minute hit piece with clips from the Hills. They can’t beat my ideas, they can’t beat me in the debates, so they gotta try to turn my campaign into a sideshow. People are done with these skeezy political tricks, and I’m done with CBS. They’ll never get a word from me for my next 8 years as mayor. Adios! What outlet should I have in their absence?
