This is something dear to my heart, so id like to weigh in. As someone who also cant get around without aids and wheelchairs, there is nothing wrong with this movie and I HIGHLY recommend watching the whole thing. Its not fetish bait at all. Its a beautiful story about a girl who struggles to accept herself and has to learn to let people in through finding her passion and a trust in others. This is something that people with these kind of limitations tend to struggle with due to either not wanting to be a burden to others, struggling to accept that they still deserve love and kindness, or even struggle with self loathing. This movie perfectly showcased those very real issues and how this girl made the best of her situation. The point is, don't let negative comments sway you from seeing a fantastic piece of media that actually shows a little bit of the truth behind these struggles.

@HarmlessRadio @Cernovich I am half an inch away from switching. I had to figure out why my boot drive had a 300 gig folder with 6 files. Capability access manager was storing a log from a Bluetooth device I use to transfer files. It was so annoying

Microsoft tied bonuses to discrimination against white men. This was well documented. If you didn’t promote white men at Microsoft, you got a larger bonus. None of them will condemn the hatred of white men. They hate us on a deep level.

People in the replies pushing back that “Satya Nadella, Sundar Pichai & Sanjay Mehrotra didn’t found their companies.” True… they’ve all only just >10x’d the value the their companies since taking over as CEO. Creating massive wealth & prosperity for Americans in the process.

Abydos is a brilliant analogy for what nations are in the course of history, and I think it conveys a pretty powerful message. At least, that’s what I’ve gathered from my interpretation of this school To begin with, many associate Abydos with the US, Japan, and mainly Egypt. However, it is none of those, but rather a message: “We don’t know the past for certain; all we can do is hold on to our own ideals of goodness.” Throughout Volume 1 chapter 3, the girls of Abydos are constantly questioned about why they want to keep the school open and, most importantly, “Was Abydos really that good?” The question arises as to whether the Abydos of the past might not have committed all these selfish and often immoral acts to gain influence or maintain its position. If we add to this the fact that most of the girls seem to base their mystics on ancient Egyptian gods, yet both their architecture and their economic, aesthetic, and political similarities are akin to present-day Japan and the US, we can deduce one thing: Abydos is the embodiment of the famous “Ozymandias,” the sonnet by Percy Bysshe. A poem that speaks of grand kingdoms that collapsed and were reduced to ruins beneath the desert, just as Abydos is right now. Underground Dweller is the one who explains this, stating that Sensei cannot escape the past, and that is the only way to defear him. If we put all this together, it speaks not only of events in the game but of a real-world fact: kingdoms do not fall by magic, they are complex systems that collapse due to a series of poor decisions, decisions that cannot be undone When you combine this with the mythology that inspired the game, it becomes even more fascinating to see how the developers crafted the storyline. Nephthys is a reference to the goddess Nephthys, mother of Anubis. It's the "Lady of the house" reference to how Nephthys is the owner of its own school, but her relationship with Shiroko is similar to that in mythology. It is this plot, the one in Chapter 3, that, in the timeline, leads to the birth of Shiroko Terror, and she, like Ozymandias’s sonnet, brings about the fall of Kivotos. For me, the message is not to cling to the past, just like the story of Hoshino and Yume, Hoshino staying i'm the post, regretting her mistake, Abydos may be a struggling school, but it remains true to its ideals and has more heart than the old Abydos, whose members seemed to be involved in shady dealings. Hold fast to our values, to what we believe is right. Sensei is the guide who helps the students of Abydos live up to this message This is my interpretation of school, but it could be wrong

@Sqm9Z @GameRealist_ Let me tell you as an American, there is no end to the complaints of Black People in America. You can be the kindest soul to them and it wont matter. The month of February is dedicated to their history and they still complain that their history is erased or white washed.

Look at the responses and quotes to this. A bunch of people either on green cards or begging for one and what's their response? To attack not just me but all of MAGA and White Americans. "we hate you and want to come to your country" is sure an interesting pitch.

@Theobult @Alt_Azn Not quite. You would need to divide the residents who ended staying by adjusting their legal status and divide that by the number who apply for temporary residence. That number may be higher or lower, but the chart doesnt show that.

CATO posts stuff that they believe supports their argument but winds up being incredibly red pilling. I had no idea the vast majority of “legal immigration” came from adjusting status. So basically fake asylum claims, tourist overstays, H1Bs, etc…. I, like most people, assumed most legal immigrants came the old fashioned way represented by the purple line.
David J. Bier@David_J_Bier

Here is legal immigration. DHS is saying that it was an abuse of a "loophole" in the law that allowed all the people in the orange to receive permanent residence. It's most legal immigrants since 1980.

Toguro is the path Yusuke would have went down had he not, on a whim, saved that kid's life. He would have become strong, but only for its own sake. Even in the Black Book arc, their is a sense of criticism towards Sensui becoming strong for the sake of his ideals versus something more concrete. Toguro was flawed for his pursuit of strength for its own sake while Sensui was wrong to pursue strength in pursuit of his ideals. The themes suggest that you should maintain a groundedness in why you do things. This isnt especially deep, but it is a good virtue to expose young boys too.

@SenVangelist YYH is a perfect example. And also how Toguro kinda becomes a father figure for Yusuke who never had one, a boy who grew up a delinquent where power meant you couldn’t be told what to do. “I saw how strong you were, that nobody could boss you around and I respected that.”

The funny thing about Shonen being the “inferior surface level meathead genre” is those are always the people who completely misunderstand these series Ask them what the main theme of Naruto is and watch them say hard work beats talent and Neji was right I legitimately have had people tell me Shonen is surface level slop then stumble over themselves because they couldn’t explain Goku’s character arc through the Saiyan/Namek Saga it’s unreal. It’s really just a bunch of people who desperately want to be seen as mature and try way to hard, make themselves look silly and end up looking more immature than the guy who only watches Solo Leveling and Demon Slayer
Star 🔞@kittenwishstar

There's a weird phenomenon going on where Shonen is seen as inferior and surface level and people try to mitigate the shonen manga they do like by saying it's "light seinen", "not like other Shonen", or "reinventing Shonen"

Whatever your view of Thomas Massie’s defeat in KY, it’s a clear signal that Boomer hegemony still runs the GOP. The online right can win arguments, set narratives & generate cultural heat, but at the ballot box, Boomers still reign supreme. Republican primary voters averaging age 64 still watch Fox News, still trust Hannity & still obey Trump. Millennial+Zoomer dissidents may own the timeline, but Boomers still own the GOP…

αΩ - OPERATION FREE DALTON 'Chud the Builder'
I pulled every murder and attempted murder case from Montgomery County's public court records under DA Robert Nash. 16 cases. Not one exceeded $250,000 bail. Nash never requested no bond for any of them. Then Dalton Eatherly was charged with attempted murder where nobody died, in self defense, Nash requested complete detention, and the judge set bail at $1,250,000. Every case number is verifiable. The data is below.

It is relevant if Dalton was aware because it plays into his perception at the time he was deciding to use deadly force or not. If Dalton was aware, then using deadly force is more understandable. If Dalton wasnt aware then how could it influence his decision to use deadly force?
