@RailwaySeva Please escalate the complaint, Pantry service asking to withdraw the complaint otherwise they won't provide the tea without sugar or tea bag as per IRCTC menu. This is purely threatening to the passengers.

@kgprail @RailwaySeva @srdme_kgp No action taken on this issue. This is very upsetting. In 2AC with such kind of toilet, a pure example of gross negligence in workshop/crashed.
