.@Optum Why is your patient portal so horrible??? I haven't been able to message my provider for weeks and the "test" I went while on the phone with tech worked but of course it didn't work when I tried to send an actual message immediately after that call.

I only use Twitter now to reprimand companies to do better. Back on the vanilla Threads otherwise.
