Interesting read on the #centricaaargghh annual report. An attrition rate of 1500 engineers in 2021. Almost a quarter of engineers left/were fired from the business last year. 🤯 I believe a despot once said, “happy colleagues = happy customers = happy shareholders” eh #hiChris!?
