@propfirmsplaza I wouldn’t touch TopStep. Once you get a payout, they’ll force you to live. Statistically, you’re likely to blow the account and forfeit all your profits.

@BossMohitt The math doesn’t check out. 3/10 accounts = 30% pass rate. So 30% again on 3 accounts = 1 account payout. Using real numbers: $200 x 10 50k account = $2,000 $3000 profit target On that 1 final account = $1500 payout (50%) Net loss: -$500 Not scalable

I'm actually a multi million a year trader but I post my strategy followed by statements like 'why do I keep losing? ' and watch how many try to tell me my strategy is terrible or not doing it right and I just laugh at the responses knowing how dumb they would feel if I showed my success with it.

So who's going to start the lawsuit against @MichaelPatak They paraded @CoachDBA Massive Payouts from Trading XFA Accounts. They got 1000s of Traders to sign up for accounts where they would trade XFA based on rules set. Topstep gets tight on liquidity so then they create a 20% LIVE account rule and gas light everyone into thinking that the XFA is just a trial period MP has lost his mind chat

This is False. We do NOT have intraday trailing ANYTHING... Daily Loss Limits have always been in Live Accounts. NO Change there. Daily Loss limit is a loss limit set on the account for the day.. if you are down on the day NEVER does it bust you out of a winning trade. Hard Stop.

Won’t hold in front of any judge. Yes, sir. I made $100k with them. They transferred me to live. I lost the $20k, and they took my $80k.

Nothing changes in XFA. Same same. We made updates to the Live Experience. It needed updates. All traders in our community still have access to up to 150,000 real live prop capital. ~1-3% of traders achieve Live. Show profitability and you have full access plus all your profits AND take payouts along the way.

I was moved LIVE with Topstep after 2 payouts on my accounts that currently sit at a total of $130k in profits. As of 2/9/26 they came out with new rules for the live transition where I will be getting a live account that starts at $10k balance. @Markos_mom I have no dog in the fight. My TS accounts weren’t affected. If I spent $4,000. And then lost $4,000+ in profits due to, truly, a TopStep outage that wasn’t remedied. Then yes, this is legitimate. Why? Because the profits lost were the opportunity to recoup investment.

I had no active Topstep accounts, so I have no dog in the fight, but let's be clear about something. What you're doing is fraud. It doesn't matter how annoyed you are with topstep, or whether you think they're right or wrong. When you submit a chargeback, often your bank will essentially immediately deposit the money to keep you happy. Topstep usually has 45-90 days to respond to the dispute. They will send the bank a PDF of all your transactions, all the times you logged on and clicked the mouse, all the times you voluntarily came back and purchased more and more evals. They will show that unless you had a psychotic episode and purchased 30+ accounts on the two or three specific days there were outages, that most of those purchases were just you blowing accounts. They will likely use a chargeback service, who fights it for them. Morally (in my opinion) this is theft. You were happy to purchase accounts and blow them when things were working, when they stopped working, instead of charging back the one account (which might just be a nuisance that Topstep ignore), you chose to commit theft. There is no way any sane individual person lost $4000 to the service outtages. If you did, that's on you. As I've said before, the money in the Topstep account doesn't legally belong to you. You have no claim to it. So Topstep will fight this. They will likely win. The $4600 will suddenly disappear from your account, and you will be blacklisted from the props, and if it's proven fraud you may be blacklisted from other props and digital vendors as well. Even if the bank sides with you, Topstep may decide to pursue the debt separately. And when they're back up and running, you've now cut off a viable source of income. Of interest is that even in an Armageddon case like FTT going bankrupt, the court have given the administrator permission to pursue those who obtained chargebacks to claw back that money from them. No crying in the casino.
