@ABTAtravel Expedia cancelled my honeymoon trip to Japan without my authorisation. They won't admit their mistake and keep repeating that I will get a 'refund'. They don't acknowledge their mistake nor offer any compensation. What should I do?

So, was speaking to Summer on DM and she's repeating the line the Agent said, "You'll get a full refund". How is that acknowledgement that your mistake is costing me more money for no reason. Will have to make a complaint to @ABTAtravel and others

Unbelievable... @emirates changed flight time so called @Expedia to get full understanding. The Agent cancelled the flight without telling me. Only found out when I called Emirates. Customer service rep in 'Asia' was incompetent and condescending. Why? @ExpediaHelp @ExpediaUK

@ExpediaHelp Thanks. Booking No. OFQ3EE (Emirates B36LLB). I called last week re flight changes but told her not to cancel, as I will speak to Emirates. Only found out today that she cancelled it. I also paid £156 for seats and Emirates say they won't refund. Alsi flight prices have gone up!

Called @emirates to get refund on seats we paid for... Agent is rude and says the standard, "It's in our terms". Why are customer service Agents like this @EmiratesSupport? #VeryBadService

Worst experience @Gatwick_Airport! ​V intrusive check-in. Emptied pockets but scanner flagged. Security staff conducted a very hard, painful pat-down & had no answer when asked what they actually found. What's the point of the scanner? Needs reviewing! #Gatwick #AirportSecurity
