@myvoltas Even the call center support is pathetic. The executives are not ready to listen and very arrogant.

@SMARTBazaarIn @jagograhakjago @myogiadityanath Today, I visited Smart Bazaar @ Gaur Mall, G. Noida & was surprised to see customers being overcharged. Several products were billed @ prices higher than displayed rate. Exp. potatoes were displayed at ₹22/kg, billed at ₹25/kg.

It is extremely disappointing to see that customer support @firstcryindia is now entirely reliant on automated responses, with no human assistance available. I am following up for over a week to get a refund for an wrong delivery, but there has been no resolution so far.
