@FightFanatic_ Not exactly, there was 2 seprate streams, in first beside the joke about begging dana to get into UFC, he was joking a lot about a fighters name, and in general was extremely unrespectful. MMA fighter did nothing in first day of stream, and decided to do on second day
English

CONTEXT:
Streamer Subo paid well-known Russian MMA fighter Shovhal Churchaev 3 million rubles (around $30,000) to appear on his livestream. During the stream, Subo claimed Churchaev had once been on his knees begging the head of the UFC for help. The comment set him off, and the fighter lost his temper and attacked him on stream.
English

As annoying as these streamers are, the fighter should’ve kept it cool, took the 30k and dipped. Letting anger cost you a bag is the real L.

@BKDSK1WALKER @awecho99 @DovySimuMMA @TeamKhabib @TheNotoriousMMA Coward? I think it is smart, why to go and lose? Obviously a person who dedicated his life to specific sport will win the one who didn't. Conor, Ngannu knew they would lose, but wanted money and for money agreed to be beaten. But no boxer came to UFC, why?
English

@ShamilDibirov @awecho99 @DovySimuMMA @TeamKhabib @TheNotoriousMMA Still waiting for you to dispute the fact that khaboob is too much of a coward to take a fight outside of MMA because he knows he would get knocked the fuck out.
English

@BKDSK1WALKER @awecho99 @DovySimuMMA @TeamKhabib @TheNotoriousMMA "Lesser form of MMA" or "basically wrestling"? Sounds quite different
English

@ShamilDibirov @awecho99 @DovySimuMMA @TeamKhabib @TheNotoriousMMA Yes combat sambo is wrestling with striking allowed. LMFAO. Its a lesser form of MMA.
English

@BKDSK1WALKER @awecho99 @DovySimuMMA @TeamKhabib @TheNotoriousMMA He said "combat" sambo, not just sambo. There 2 kinds of sambo

Don't know why people call it a scam. As russian teen I remember when people were spending money on "Gifts" in @durov vkontakte, buying so-called currency "голоса". Users USED it and VALUED, with no speculative intentions. @durov just adding those features to telegram today.

@AdamIan789241 @agentmma @RedCorner_MMA Actually it is, and in this context it is used to describe him as legendary. In such meaning that word used mostly in Dagestan region
English

@agentmma @RedCorner_MMA I speak Russian and you are retarded, "gigant" just means giant and is not commonly used to describe someone as a legendary person in russia, you fucking retard, acting smart 😂😂
English

@EliStrawmaning @_one_one_zero_ @acdmma_ Chimaev? Chechnya not part of Russia? Or you consider him emirati?
English

@EliStrawmaning @_one_one_zero_ @acdmma_ So include Russians ones too, Petr Yan for example is not Russian anymore?

No one will love your child as much as you do. The same applies to your ideas, businesses, art, and so on.
During my university years, I worked part-time for a small startup. I remember as if it were yesterday - the small office with open space and two separate rooms for the co-founders. Being a startup, people had to work hard: overtime, weekends, you name it. But the CEO was still not satisfied with the results.
He would always say: "If I had done this work myself, I would've made it perfect, put all my energy into it."
You know what? I don't doubt that - he really did work hard on everything. But it's naive to expect others would do the same. He might as well have asked us to love his child the way he does. Sure, people would show affection at some level, but no one would feel the same way about his child as they do about their own.
Ask yourself: why would you have his level of motivation while you get market salary and he gets a huge share of the company?
So always be realistic about your employees' drive. It's okay to have healthy expectations, but don't fool yourself.
If there's a chance to get involved in critical tasks yourself as founder, then do it. I think hiring is one of those key areas.
Understanding how the funnel works is crucial. If you think your HR team wants your company's success as much as you do, you're mistaken. It's better to control what kind of candidates reach an interview with you.

@jungkeunhong @AnthropicAI @windsurf_ai First thing I thought was Microsoft and Netscape case. AI providers have even more power and such actions can harm innovation
English

@ShamilDibirov @AnthropicAI @windsurf_ai it's an important topic to explore as ai continues to dominate various sectors.
English

Does anyone know if there is any monopoly restrictions to AI providers? Like can they limit access to their models like @AnthropicAI did to @windsurf_ai?
