@KippenMaureen @HM_Passport Hi. I was told yesterday if you have proof you are flying in 2 weeks time, you can phone and have your case expedited. It's worth a try. Online however it states that your application can't be expedited until 10 weeks from date they received your documents.

@passportwaiting 1st passport via naturalization and renewal for son, Durham. Estimated 10 weeks for son's and 13 weeks for mine but grouped together. Was nervous given recent articles, but passports were processed w/in time. Sent via DHL so due to arrive on Monday-better than TNT w/in UK.

@passportwaiting Anyone had any look at the Durham office, stuck on processing for over 6 weeks now and nothing is happening. All 3 applications stuck with no explanation other than waiting to be seen by examiner. Losing hope now.

@deanevans24 @passportwaiting Same! I sent marriage cert that was signed for on Tuesday 26th but still getting email reminders. Called today and it hasn’t been scanned in, they are asking for it to be scanned from bootle. need upgrade processing by Friday or no holiday for us
