@mattpocockuk @badlogicgames I'm sure there is a set of prompts that could benefit vibe coders a lot. State management is 1. I wonder if a refactor to effect is another? And what is a thoughtful prompt for it. It's amazing how far a person with grit can get with agents.

@mattpocockuk @badlogicgames I wonder if it's good for vibe coders? My sister is making a fairly complicated/comprehensive app for her small biz. For example, she told me she has issues with data not being saved. I told her to let the agent review and refactor the state management. And it fixed it for her.

אותו אסון גם עם ChatGPT. זה לא מפריע לי במיוחד בכל הנוגע להיבטי פרטיות, אבל זה פשוט מתיש כי האידיוט הזה לא מבין שאני לא מקדיש לו את כל החיים שלי והוא מפספס את רוב הקונטקסט ואומר דברים לא רלוונטיים בעליל על בסיס שברי שיחות קודמים שלנו. יום אחד אפילו אטרח לבדוק איך לבטל את זה.

@yuval_beery זה לא מספיק התחום שלי. אבל אני מנחש שמה שקשה זה הרגע האחרון של כיוונן ותזמון. נראה לי שזה לא אמור להיות קשה לתת למחשב לעשות את השניה האחרונה? אפילו עוד יותר פשוט שים מד מרחק. ואז הירייה יוצאת רק בשילוב של מרחק קצר ולחיצה של המטיס על ההדק. מסובך?

Yes, because it lets you do really smart stuff: 1. Fire and forget: thinking of an idea mid-session and immediately handing it off 2. DIY Subagent: handoff to a prototyping session during a grilling, then handoff BACK to the grilling with what was learned Neither are possible with /compact

okay i know i am biased af but having ai write to you on your home screen is a ~game changer. there is no better mechanic for ai to communicate with you & actually write ui (not walls of text). every future device will have this behavior. & we haven’t even done anything non obvious yet. i suspect it’ll be copied very soon.
