Guys does walking 10k steps daily actually give you a noticeable difference with losing weight or…?


in both pictures I was training 4x a week but what I wasn’t doing was calorie tracking (in a deficit) and focusing on my steps left was 3 years ago. right was yesterday the time is going to pass anyway, you might aswell try and achieve your goal
