Shocking customer service by staff at Colton @HarvesterUK tonight. Reported an issue with a meal, manager clearly wasn’t interested. First restaurant NOT asked about any allergies and when we asked a question the server didn’t know the answer or offered to find out!

Disgraceful customer service from @British_Airways and @DFWAirport . Left our 80 year old mum without her wheelchair from Dallas to Manchester and still without it!! No response to emails sent apart from thank you for your email! We know where the wheelchair is!

@British_Airways Thank you. Already have numerous feedbacks in. Just trying to resolve an issue with my mum’s wheelchair still being in Dallas a week after we flew back to the UK. She can’t leave home now and it feels that no one wants to help us

Big massive shout out to all the @LNER staff today at Kings Cross. Despite all the travel problems, they were all doing an amazing job with a smile on their faces. Got us back to Leeds with passenger assist on the 1st train. Can’t thank them enough for all their hard work today!
