#ONStorm #ONwx So far it’s a snooze fest in Eastern Ontario with the potential severe risk today… 🥱 The environment is looking quite weak based on the current data. Very questionable if we see anything today. We’ll keep watching though to see if anything can get going. But what we will definitely see is widespread snow spreading across Central and Eastern Ontario late this evening into the overnight hours as temperatures drop. @GiacomoPantani3 If you take Hwy 93 off the 400 it should be alright. Just don’t venture further west of 93 as there’s still whiteout conditions towards that way, and a few road closures. The snow itself has stopped falling (for now) but the wind is still kicking it all up.

I’m relative new with storm chasing, and after having intercepted tornadoes, hurricanes etc, I felt in over my head last night. Things got so bad vis. wise that I was using my car’s 360* camera to stay on the road. Yes, we still need blizzard warnings @environmentca ! #onwx
