@CC_EssexHerts Skips Corner going towards Harlow. Bus is due at 16:51 but rarely arrives on time, if at all. We only have a bus every half hour so have to rely on the app. When one doesn’t turn up or is late it has a knock on effect. Today it did arrive but it was late.

@ShoeSu Sorry to hear this however I don't quite understand from the information you've given. Can you advise which stop you were waiting at, the time you were waiting and which direction you were travelling?

@CC_EssexHerts no.20 from Ongar/Harlow seems to run on its own timetable. 2nd day in a row the 16:51 hasn’t arrived, today it didn’t leave Ongar until 16:55. We rely on public transport to get to work & shouldn’t have to leave two buses early to make sure we get in on time!
