@Legal_Fil They use 'nazi' and 'fascist' interchangeably and don't really connect nazism to antisemitism. They also can't mention the holocaust without inverting it. This will be reflected in text books and grade school curriculum soon.

I admit to being flummoxed by the idea, currently popular with the left, that everything is a sign of Nazism, except obvious antisemitism and actual Nazi symbols.

@Legal_Fil Fascism is about building ethno nationalism. People use Nazi as a synonym, but it's actually a specific case. There are other forms of nationalism that "rhyme" with this, but the clearest example of Fascism today is Israel.

You may think they are similar because to they are both anti status quo politics, but in content they cannot be more different.

It comes back to the internalizing of "I'm the anti-Fascists!" as a core belief. By (their) definition, nothing they do is fascism - and things they oppose are then ... fascism! Don't try parsing it about book burning, thugs in the streets, purity purges, organized youth groups, 1A, 2A ... 3A, 4A, 5A ... they are all impediments to hunting the fascists. They can't see how hard Communists and Fascists overlap under the 'effects on the ground' sense.

What are you talking about? Whites overwhelmingly voted for Obama. Twice. Because they believed it would finally heal the racial division of the past. And then all he did was Stoke racial division because that's what socialism needs. Suddenly after 8 years of this guy nobody was trusting each other. Everybody saw racism and sexism and every ism all over the place. So they voted in Trump. Because they realized that they were tired of being manipulated by the same lying politicians. So now we've got this guy. Come to find out he also is owned by the same people all of our politicians have been so let's not freak out because he acts like a goofball sometimes.
