Disappointed with @Samsung @SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile 's service. I submitted my phone (Req. #4414146660) on 14th May 2025 for repair. It’s been 5 days, and I’m still told, “Parts are in transit.” No clear timeline. No backup offered. Just waiting — without a phone.
