Do you not see the ridiculousness in charging someone "processing fee" after they took time off to come and donate blood?
Maybe let's address the barriers to blood donation and provide incentives to donors?

When they plead with you do voluntarily donate, you will be insulting health professionals. You think blood is manufactured in the lab. The ordinary Ghanaian will not voluntarily donate. They will tell you hospitals sell blood just because they take cash. No they don’t , when you even donate your own blood you will pay processing fee because the blood needs testing. When your family members needs blood you then want the hospitals to produce blood for them. WHO should donate for you. Outside Ghana people have taken it upon themselves to donate freely, but not on my motherland .

Self-styled physiotherapist and neuromuscular specialist, Jonathan Ohene Nkunim has pleaded not guilty to four counts of rape in the case of his alleged sexual assault of a female journalist in April 2020. The case stems from an incident at his facility in Gbawe, where he is reported to have asked the complainant to disrobe after which he massaged her back and buttocks to purportedly offset her spine discomfort. According to the complainant, Mr. Jonathan Ohene Nkunim also went further to insert his fingers in her vagina, claiming that he was attempting to reach her tailbone and free her muscles, after which he had non-consensual sex with her. Over the next few weeks, the accused person is said to have repeatedly had non-consensual sex with the complainant during appointments which were scheduled three to four times per week. The accused was later arrested on 22nd September 2021 after the police CID received reports that he was sexually assaulting patients under the pretext of providing alternative medical treatment. A 38-year-old man identified as Emmanuel Cudjoe has reportedly committed suicide while in police custody at the Agyei Krom Police Station in the Central Region, following his arrest over allegations of defilement involving his 11-year-old stepdaughter.
Police report that the deceased was found hanging in his cell with a piece of cloth allegedly torn from a blanket, with preliminary findings showing no visible signs of injury.

It is not love. It is business. They are meeting an important need. With service comes reward. A labourer is worthy of his/her wages. Hoes are fun. Sin is exciting. That is why the road to heaven is narrow.
The problem is that, you want to be paid like a hoe, without doing the job. You call it "reward for being a good girl."
A good person is good for goodness sake. Actions have consequences, even the right ones. Not being a hoe means you don't get paid for it, but you have your dignity.
