@Into_theMystics Fowler totally looks like he could get a team to the third round, or even further! Wait a minute - Fowler's doing that! Again: you don't replace a person already doing something with a person you believe will do something.

Dobes is looking like the real deal - a clutch superstar goalie, doesn't get fazed by a three fast early goals. Everyone thinks he's a placeholder for Fowler, but I'm seeing another Jonathan Quick/Jonathan Bernier situation (early on everyone thought Bernier would take over, he was the elite prospect, but Quick went and won Cups so Bernier was stuck as backup until traded) You might have a prospect who could be elite - but if you already have that you don't mess with it.

Game 7 they were terrible offensively ; decent defensively with less than 30 shots. Go look at that 2010 run and you’ll see the difference

@CordedNation @NHL_On_TNT Not quite lol In 2019, our Habs got demolished every game and were an 8th seed. And halak stole every game. As much as Dobes was really good, Habs weren’t outmatched until game 7
