I got mad visions, pictures and premonitions

Simple answer Zack. Our job is to report. We interview you & those you quote who use the word genocide. We do the same for those who disagree. We also report that no international court has yet made a judgment. Nor has the UN. That’s not me or the BBC taking sides or downplaying what’s happened in Gaza. It’s doing our job.

If you ignore it, you normalize it. 26 sirens On average: a siren every 21 minutes Anyone who truly values human life cannot speak about the suffering of Lebanese civilians while ignoring the suffering of more than a million residents in northern Israel. And yet, in most discussions, the hardship endured by Israeli civilians is completely overlooked. Hezbollah started this war, and Hezbollah is the one firing relentlessly and indiscriminately at Israeli population centers with the clear intent to kill civilians. Israeli lives matter too. Israel not only has the right, it has the duty, to defend its people from these attacks. This is what an ordinary night looks like for one million Israeli civilians, a constant barrage of fire from Lebanon, aimed deliberately at killing them. And this is only the summary of last night. 26 sirens On average: a siren every 21 minutes This is how it looked: 21:48 Zar'it, Shomera 22:22 Yir'on 22:23 Avivim 22:25 Margaliot 22:36 Misgav Am 22:38 Kiryat Shmona, Kfar Giladi, Tel Hai 22:50 Misgav Am 23:01 Margaliot 23:13 Hanita 23:13 Shlomi 23:13 Ya'ara, Adamit, Betzet 23:14 Rosh HaNikra, Matzuba 23:14 Liman 23:15 Achziv 23:18 Margaliot, Kiryat Shmona 23:30 Zar'it 23:31 Rosh HaNikra, Betzet 23:31 Achziv, Shomera 23:31 Nahariya, Liman, Gesher HaZiv 23:33 Rosh HaNikra, Shlomi 23:34 Sa'ar, Achziv, Nahariya 23:42 Zar'it 23:43 Shomera, Shetula, Even Menachem 23:47 Zar'it, Arab al-Aramshe 23:49 Shomera 2:06 Hatzor HaGlilit, Rosh Pina 2:06 Alma, Tuba-Zangariyye 2:33 Misgav Am, Kiryat Shmona 6:39 Misgav Am x.com/i/status/20352…

In Margate. My cheeks are red. I am shaking. I popped into an exhibition that turned out to be the insane fever dream of an artist called Matthew Collins: ‘Drawings Against Genocide.’ The exhibition is described as ‘drawings… raising consciousness about hell…. Israel is the pure encapsulation of it. Zionism is this terror state’s ruling ideology.’ Shocked by the use of Nazi imagery - the room is full of the Star of David pasted around figures meant to be Israelis and the Jewish ‘lobby’ spewing blood, to say nothing of blonde yummy mummies wearing ‘globalise the intifada’ shirts, I spoke to the artist to share my reaction as a Jewish person. He was instantly aggressive. As soon as I started to say I was shocked and threatened by what I was seeing because it was Nazi imagery, the artist started yelling at me that I didn’t mean anything I was saying. Anytime I tried to speak (calmly) he said: ‘you don’t mean any of what you said, you’re just repeating ‘hasbarah talking points’ because ‘you’re defending a genocide’. On and on he yelled, in my face. I said: ‘if I was a Black person…’ but couldn’t finish the sentence because: ‘you’re not are you?’ On the Nazi ideology point he said: ‘yeah. Why do you think it’s there. Israel are the Nazis’. His breath was disgusting. The crowd began booing and closing in around me, making to shoe me out. I said: ‘fine, get the Jew out’ and he yelled more across the room at me, ‘repeatedly jeering ‘call the police, go ahead, call the police’. I said I would, and the community security trust, which features as a devil in his exhibition. This was met with even more jeering. ‘Yeah, call the CST’ was the last I heard before leaving. Someone snapped pictures of me while I was being shouted at. Short video shows the artist. The longer video, of our final almost surreally disgusting exchange, didn’t record.

🇨🇺 Cuba’s second nationwide blackout this week as U.S. blocks fuel for over 3 months Cuba’s 11 million people were plunged into a second nationwide blackout this week after the U.S. blocked nearly all oil shipments to the island since January, leaving the country without fuel for more than three months. Tanker traffic has nearly stopped under Washington’s “maximum pressure” campaign, with all major shipments intercepted, delayed, or forced to reroute. The last confirmed delivery was January 9: ~85,000 barrels from Mexico. ➤ Fuel shipments blocked or diverted: 🔹 Ocean Mariner (mid-Feb): carrying Colombian fuel oil; intercepted by the U.S. Coast Guard roughly 70 miles off Cuba, preventing delivery 🔹 Gas Exelero (Feb): spent five days attempting to secure fuel in Curaçao but failed to obtain cargo and left empty 🔹 Sea Horse (March): Hong Kong-flagged tanker carrying ~190,000–200,000 barrels of Russian-origin diesel loaded via ship-to-ship transfer in the Mediterranean; idled in the Atlantic for weeks before diverting toward Trinidad 🔹 LNG tanker: carrying ~27,000 metric tons of gas; rerouted away from Cuba to Venezuela to avoid U.S. sanctions ➤ Vessels now attempting to reach Cuba: 🔹 Anatoly Kolodkin: sanctioned Russian tanker carrying ~730,000 barrels of crude; currently ~3,000 nautical miles out in the Atlantic; expected early April; could provide only short-term relief if delivered 🔹 Escort presence: the tanker is accompanied by a Russian naval destroyer, underscoring the geopolitical stakes as Moscow tests U.S. enforcement 🔹 Russian naval oiler: traveling with the flotilla; U.S. officials say its cargo is too limited to significantly ease shortages ➤ Impact of fuel collapse: 🔹 Multiple nationwide blackouts in March, including the second this week 🔹 A 29-hour grid collapse earlier this week left millions without power 🔹 Airports ran out of jet fuel by mid-February, grounding most international flights 🔹 Trash collection has largely stopped in Havana as diesel supplies ran out

The famous British writer Mehdi puts Morgan in an embarrassing position and corners him: Mehdi: With your huge platform, shouldn’t you condemn Israel for killing civilians? Piers: It’s a democratic state and an ally of the West. Mehdi: So because it’s an ally of the West, it’s allowed to kill children? Piers: No, that’s not what I said. Mehdi: You said “ally of the West.” Notice Morgan’s confusion after his hypocrisy is exposed.
