StubHub support says: ❗ “Seller hasn’t released tickets yet.” ❗ “You’ll get them on match day.” ❗ “If not, refund.” This is NOT acceptable for a global ticket marketplace. What if: 💥 Seller never releases tickets? 💥 We travel internationally without valid entry? 💥 Flights + hotels + time + money are lost? This isn’t a delay — this is serious customer risk. Timeline: 📍 Day 0 — Payment done 📍 Day 7 — First inquiry 📍 Day 14–49 — Repeated follow-ups 📍 Day 50 — Same canned response No proof of ticket ownership. No delivery confirmation. No real escalation. CRED has made our life more miserable. We had made a huge transaction via cred for our payments and the transaction failed but the money was deducted. We have been asking them for a refund for past 15 days now but there has been no solution !! Please do not play with our money.
