if your life feels off, i wouldn't jump straight into inner work. probably overkill for most people. instead i would first focus on the physical: sleep, sun, exercise, diet. if still feels off, then move onto the emotional: make relationship changes/change environment. if still feels off, then fix the mental: beliefs + how you see the world. if still feels off, then yes you're probably feeling the deepest longing/pain of the heart which only waking up to the true nature of reality can alleviate.
