Build a drumming game with @threejs using Amfitrack's 6DoF sensors. I wrote a tsSDK for their sensors so the hardware talks directly to the browser using WebHID api. Watch me rip a crazy solo 👇 #threejs #threejsjourney

Just experienced streamable 4D Gaussian Splatting content on Apple Vision Pro… and it's insane 🤯 Seeing life sized volumetric people performing right in my room is kind of mind blowing. It really feels like real humans are standing in front of you. And it streams online just like regular video. No massive downloads. No waiting. Awesome work by @gracia_vr 👏 Apple Vision Pro + Gaussian Splatting is one of the most futuristic things I’ve seen in a long time.

@SilasCodes3D it has exactly one use and that's "exploring the patterns this algorithm can produce"

tiling.vibe-coded.com made a little app for generating these tilings. supports up to 10 colors, you can edit the movement mask for each color, lock colors from being randomized, etc. generator is WASM so it's fairly fast. generated results are stored in OPFS

built a procedural generator based on the algorithm from this video, but with an interaction matrix, and random movesets instead of just knights, and up to 10 colors. each pixel is 1 grid space, 900x900

If you're a designer or a design engineer, you might often end up building micro apps for your creative workflow - branding assets, animations, WebGL effects. BUT to make the app itself look pretty takes quite a lot of work. Laggy controls, weird dropdowns, ugly sliders, partially working image uploaders, slow canvas. We're building a solution for that - a free and open-source micro app template(+ skills/agents.md) for designers. Here is the first teaser of components that will be available for you out of the box.

Built an interactive 3D planetary atlas web app with Threejs and GLSL shaders. Features expandable info panels, planetary data, animated preview dock navigation, cinematic planet switching, and a sci-fi UI designed for immersive planetary exploration.

how do teams actually share .env variables securely because the options I see are - Slack DM (terrible) - email (worse) - shared Notion doc (somehow even worse) - 1Password or similar - something I'm missing

So where does that leave creators? Four principles can guide you forward: First, understand that there's no going back. The genie is out. AI has seen the work of humanity and will continue to learn from it. Second, document everything. If you're creating with AI assistance, maintain records of your process. Save your prompts, iterations, editing decisions, and selection criteria. This evidence of your creative direction will become increasingly valuable. Third, focus on curation and assembly. Even as individual elements become easier to generate, the thoughtful selection and organization of those elements remains distinctly human. Copyright protection for compilations and collections is well-established, even when the pieces themselves might not qualify. Finally, embrace the spectrum. The future isn't binary - AI or human. It's finding the sweet spot where technology amplifies your creativity rather than replacing it. The most successful creators won't be those who avoid AI entirely, nor those who rely on it completely, but those who learn to dance with it.

Unpopular opinion: I don’t care if most web apps look the same. All I care about is whether it does what it says and does it fast. Make it fast. Make the UX obvious. Put the right things in the right place and little to no animations.
