@NoelleInMadrid I didn’t read the article, so stop here if that irritates you. Aren’t sanctions, at least in part, in place to squeeze the nuclear program? If so, wouldn’t handing over the uranium be a logical possible step? You can’t ‘dismantle’ uranium, you can only move it somewhere else.
