@celestialbe1ng Thoughts on people who have a hard time gaining weight? Can that be related to fasting as well?
English

I don’t know who needs to hear this (apparently a lot of you ‘fake shamans’)
but
Fasting turns you into a more primitive organism, and you absolutely MUST be sugary mini snack-maxxing instead.
Let me explain.
The first thing you must understand is:
THRIVE ≠ EVOLVE TO WITHSTAND
We don’t thrive when fasting.
We’ve evolved to withstand famine.
The adaptation mechanism involves lowering metabolism to conserve energy so that the most important organs can go longer on less energy.
It effectively turns you into a more primitive organism that requires less energy to survive.
When you’re fasting, you’re signaling to your biology that the conditions are suboptimal, and it’s time to conserve energy (lower metabolism, lower systemic energy production = slow degeneration).
Fasting leads to the body breaking down muscle and skin mass for energy, particularly when not enough glucose and minerals are provided.
This process is a stress response and is not indicative of thriving but rather an evolutionary adaptation to survive periods of famine.
During fasting, the body shifts to a stress metabolism, similar to that seen in diabetes, which leads to the release of polyunsaturated fatty acids and their oxidation byproducts, which is damaging.
Can fasting be a good tool at all?
I mean, maybe. But ONLY provided that you’re the epitome of health and vitality personified, you’re completely PUFA depleted, have enough stored nutrients, and your light environment has been immaculate for a long period of time (none of you reading this).
In which case, you wouldn’t need to fast anyway.
Stop fasting. Start nibbling on sweet organic grapes and sipping on sweet OJ every hour or so to signal to your biology that the conditions are optimal, that it is time to thrive, to keep your metabolism up and prevent degenerative disease.

@ianzelbo It’s about time we talk about Brazil’s 60% tax on imported products… How can I buy Vision Pro in such circumstances?
English

@ianzelbo So many different cultures, yet one point in common prevails within all: tax-evasion
