"Words, peace agreements aren't the things that actually stop the Israeli government...Ultimately you need the calculus of the Israeli government to change and that calculus is not going to change as long as impunity for serious abuses remains the norm," says DAWN's @OmarSShakir.

See the British @IDF soldier - what do you think he has in his gunsights? A baby? A pregnant mother? A little girl like sweet child Hind Rajab. Watch him. He will be coming home soon, make sure he gets the welcome he deserves. If you recognise him let @HindRFoundation know all about him. Whoever he is shooting he is making it very slow and deliberate, he really wants to take specific aim - maybe a baby's head or a toddler's kneecap.

This is not Hiroshima, this’s Gaza Gaza is nearly 3 times smaller than Hiroshima, and Israel dropped ~200,000 tonnes of explosives, equivalent of ~14 ATOMIC BOMBS, on Gaza in 2 years. Don't stop talking about Gaza as if your life depends on it, because their lives depend on it!

📍#Afghanistan: From Jalalabad, WFP’s @CarlSkau describes a worsening malnutrition crisis: 🔴 Clinics are running out of supplies. 🔴 Mothers and children are being turned away. Millions are already malnourished, now funding gaps and cut-off supplies are pushing Afghans to the limit.

SHE SAW A BABY DIE AND RAISED THE ALARM. NHS SAW HER AND RAISED A BARRISTER. I was recently contacted by Amanda Ford. A qualified nurse, midwife, and former Lead Inspector for the Department of Health. She reached out because she saw what I document here, institutions protecting themselves while the people they are supposed to serve pay the price. Her story deserves full attention and I am going to give it some. Amanda worked for the Healthcare Safety Investigation Branch, HSIB, in the South West from 2019 to 2020. Within her first month investigating Yeovil District Hospital she witnessed what she describes as appalling care. A baby death that should not have occurred. A woman put through labour who should not have been labouring and was lucky to survive. She raised her concerns. She flagged inadequate consultant oversight, locum staff who were not properly supervised, and a unit that was not prepared for emergencies. She also flagged something more systemic. Managers at Yeovil were too close to her own organisation, and her own organisation was not challenging them hard enough. Nobody acted. Amanda was vilified. She was bullied. She left HSIB and took them to an Employment Tribunal. She lost her constructive dismissal claim but won most of her grievances through HSIB's own internal process. An independent report concluded she should have been treated as a whistleblower and that a bullying culture existed within HSIB. @NHSEngland then paid lawyers and a London barrister to fight her at a five day hearing while sitting on independent evidence that supported her position. She was offered a settlement on the morning of the hearing. She refused. She wanted the truth on record publicly. In May 2025, Yeovil District Hospital's maternity unit closed. The Care Quality Commission (@CareQualityComm) cited concerns over staffing, equipment and the failure to learn from serious incidents. The unit recorded seven serious untoward incidents in 2022 and another seven in 2023. An obstetrician described the combined figures as reasonably alarming for a unit of that size. Somerset NHS Foundation Trust acknowledged it had not always got its culture right. Yeovil is now one of 12 NHS Trusts under investigation by Baroness Valerie Amos. Amanda gave evidence to the Amos inquiry. She did not hold back. She told the @BBC: if that was happening in Yeovil, where else was it happening in the country? That is the right question. HSIB went into maternity units across England time and again. It was renamed MNSI and moved under the umbrella of CQC. The name changed. The pattern did not. This is what happens to NHS whistleblowers. You do your job. You tell the truth. You hit a brick wall. Amanda Ford hit that wall years before the unit closed. She is still standing. The evidence she raised in 2019 is now a national scandal. More to follow. Source: @BBCNews, 26 February 2026 Dr Minh Alexander @alexander_minh

💢 An Israeli strike hit a civilian car earlier today on Al-Shuhada Street near the Friends of the Patient Hospital west of Gaza City, killing one person and injuring four others, according to Drop Site contributor Mohammed Ahmed. Footage filmed by Ahmed includes testimony from eyewitness Khaled Sabeeh, who described the aftermath as civilians rushed to pull the wounded from the vehicle.

After almost three years of the Israeli genocide in Gaza, the few remaining hospitals have no more MRIs.  “Gaza’s physicians are forced to rely on their own intuition or CT scans, which… cannot provide the soft tissue or neurological detail needed to diagnose complex conditions,” explains Jinin Rummaneh, a fifth-year medical student at Al-Azhar University in Gaza in @972mag.

Terrifying revelation. A Palestine Action activist completely exposes the horrific police brutality deployed to protect Israeli arms factories. He confirms officers brutally rolled a screaming female activist around on metal taser barbs while completely blinding others.

We need this to go viral and we need your money, it's as simple as that. We have to fight this fight for everyone and we have to do it as a united front protecting doctors. The Royal Free NHS Trust suspended me after a single Zionist complaint. I will never return to the NHS as a result of my treatment. Watch the video.
