With Hornchurch FC newly promoted and Southend expected to bring one of the biggest away followings in the National League again, the fixture could create an interesting challenge for the club and local authorities. Hornchurch’s ground is relatively small and compact with limited space for large-scale segregation so accommodating thousands of travelling Southend fans safely may require reduced ticket allocations, strict segregation measures, and possibly an all-ticket arrangement. Be interesting how this one works out.. 🤔
