I’ve been a @PayPal customer for years, using it personally, and for my business (All transactions) including as a merchant for payments. I am absolutely disgusted and will be searching for another source (for personal use) and will be cancelling my business services 3/4

@PayPal no response, in spite of 3mails. I reached out to PayPal WHO DID NOT HAVE MY BACK and sided with the seller. The item was not what I ordered, and PayPal have left me high and dry. THE ONLY REASON I TOOK A RISK AND ORDERED THE ITEM WAS BECAUSE OF PAYPAL PROTECTION 2/4

@PayPal I am absolutely disgusted. I ordered an item that once it arrived, was substantially different to the images on social media / the companies website. I reached out to the company who only responded once to ask for more information/ photos. I sent everything to them 1/4

@bt_uk we lost WIFI last Friday due to the storm. We were told it might not be restored until next Wednesday. Two engineers were on my street from around 10am-5:45pm working tirelessly and it was restored today. Top class. 🙌🏼 #CustomerExperience

@AskeBay Yes I know. I’ve been an eBay user for 18yrs…. I think it’s absolutely nuts though that you can hold on to £800+ but tell me I must send the items by Wednesday. I can see why so many people have moved to Vinted etc. That’s where I’ll be going…. #antisales

@AskeBay So nothing changed other than eBay itself changing how it does business. PayPal worked just fine for me. In the meantime I’m expected to send £860 of goods with zero payment for them?

SOUTHPORT STABBING FAKE NEWS There is news going around that the stabbing that killed 2 children, injured 9 other with 6 in critical condition was by an illegal migrant. This is fake news as he was born in Wales. “A 17-year-old male from Banks in Lancashire, who was born in Cardiff, has been arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted murder and has been taken to a police station where he will be interviewed by detectives.”

@BandQ Holywood Exchange, that 1 cashier has now inexplicably moved the entire queue to customer services (making it 10 long) with no apology. No management visible. Gone are the days when you could nip in to grab something. #customerservice
