@AdtechGod We are always distracted by the new in this industry, and reinvention. However, lots of the promise of RTB has some underlying challenges, and the changes to signal has ramped this. I personally think ADCP will be just another method of transacting, and a slice of todays pie

Serious question here Why reinvent the wheel? If RTB works and has some issues why is there a need to totally reinvent it? Why not just work together more closely to fix the issues that exist? Are we distracted by the new shiny object or is the “old” way unfixable?

This one I was thinking about, I assume there will be a ton of buying agents that flood the market. But what’s stopping a DSP from building their own? I’d assume DSPs would still be a good place to buy offering both RTB and Agentic and a buyer can mix and match. I could be incredibly wrong with this take though lol.

SSPs are facing an adapt or die moment. The middle of the ad stack is crowded and the old playbook is broken. If you aren't innovating faster than the market is consolidating, you're in trouble. Differentiation is the only way to stay alive.
