@saskryan @SimpliiFin @FCACan I just moved most of our family accounts to wealth simple where they notify you when you have a debit or credit card charge. Insane that @SimpliiFin reserves that feature only for CIBC. Fraud is best caught immediately and those warnings are crucial!!

Did a bone-headed mistake moving money between accounts, and rightfully ended up with an NSF charge However, @SimpliiFin is still charging $45, despite the @FCACan regulations that cap NSF fees in Canada at $10 (and Simplii's own FAQ stating it is $10!)

@SimpliiFin @ShopprsDrugMart Does anyone know how to find address of a transaction I'm trying to dispute? Simplii says I made a large purchase at shoppers, but simplii is not able to tell me which location. My local shoppers drug mart has checked their records, nothing.

@SimpliiFin Approved for a CC, completed Canada Post verification, and took a hard pull on my credit. 12 days later, i called for not receiving the card but the agent says im lying and never got the approval. WTF? Need answers
