@SimpliSafe your customer service is the absolute worst. Your people know nothing. Can I put you on hold?? 30 minutes later still on hold? I dread calling you. Staff is so poorly trained I don’t know how you stay in business.

@SimpliSafe Don't bother paying for the outside camera monitoring. Emails stating the cameras are inside and will nor be responded to which I have followed by calls where they verify they are outside, all corrected- then it starts over again.

@qbking77 @SimpliSafe This is by far the worst monitoring system Absolutely the worst!!! Someone broke into my house. camera recorded the person coming on my lawn, but stopped recording after 20. So I didn’t capture the incriminating footage. Useless, I want a refund. You’ll be outta business soon!

@Variety @SimpliSafe I am on hold with your company now. They do have the rudest customer service people EVER and charged me for a service that I don't have and won't reverse the charges. Regret doing business with them. They sent me to 5 different people, and not one could help. Absolutely the WORST

@SimpliSafe alarm went off last night, we hit the Help button. No monitoring call, we ended up having to call police. When I called today agent said “I wasn’t on last night so don’t know what happened”. Asked to talk to manager and he was too busy. WTH

@SimpliSafe for an online security system to have zero ability for users to add or edit their payment card info, you should be embarrassed. And the phone agent tried to befuddle me with IT lingo as to why it wasn’t working instead of just admitting the system wasn’t working.🤬
