Regret doing business with them. They sent me to 5 different people, and not one could help. Absolutely the WORST

@SimpliSafe for an online security system to have zero ability for users to add or edit their payment card info, you should be embarrassed. And the phone agent tried to befuddle me with IT lingo as to why it wasn’t working instead of just admitting the system wasn’t working.🤬

@SimpliSafe It's BS that I can add as many credit cards as I want, but I cannot delete one on the app. Nobody wants to have all their formation exposed if they are hacked. I have to call to have one deleted? Maybe I'll just call and delete them both and start using my old system.

@SimpliSafe I just bought my home and it came with a SimpliSafe system, when I was setting it up and came back I noticed it had caught on fire. Customer support told me to buy a new one with 10 percent off. NOT COOL! Need a real person to make this right!
