YouTube is starting to suck a bit too much for me. Can't see me continuing to pay for premium much longer if they keep this up. What are you favorite youtube alternatives? Maybe we just start our own economy without all the fuckwits.

@notch Why not just use C#->WASM? That way you can easily port your game to native platforms. I mean sure you can use Electron/WebViews but what about consoles?

Am I starting to enjoy typescript? I just learned you can have generic overloaded function types, which was SUPER useful for our vecmath stuff that supports swizzling. Quick, send me horrible corner cases for me to condemn so I can go back to silently judging typescript.

@APompliano That's probably because many european companies force you to take your paid vacation (as negotiated in contract) as opposed to having to pay it out in cash at the end of the year.

@Sosowski An anti-virus doesn't make your developer-machine-built releases any safer. Use a throw-away container that pulls images and code and builds, then self-destroys.

PSA: If you're a software developer (that includes game devs) and you are NOT using a discrete antivirus scanner on your main machine, you are a potential threat to all your customers. Windows Defender won't do.

@dustinmoris I don't think you can call yourself a professional when you don't even consider paying for an IDE. Look at digital art, there you are not considered a professional if you didn't buy Adobe Suite.

The approval of multiple, U.S. listed spot #BitcoinETFs may happen tomorrow. Since #Bitcoin failed as a digital currency, its only success has been as a means of speculation. The hope is that these ETFs will open a door that will allow a new group of gamblers to enter the casino.

#bitcoin bottomed -20% below 2017 top. It dumped 77% from ATH... for it to dump 77% to ATH-20% it would have to go to approx. 240k. Nice.

I know a LOT of people with 30%-99% allocations to #Bitcoin. I know a LOT of people with 0% allocation to #Bitcoin. I know very few with allocations between 1% and 30%... What does this tell you?

If you brag about your altcoin's price in $, I assume it's dumping when denominated in #bitcoin
